Description of Hobbit House & Spa at Green Valley Resort
Experience a unique glamping adventure at the Green Valley Resort, where you will be welcomed by our Hobbit House & Spa located in the immediate vicinity of the fallow deer park. This magical holiday property with an area of 30 m2 is an ideal place not only for couples, but also for families with children, it provides maximum comfort and privacy in the middle of nature for up to 4 people.

Accommodations
The Hobbit House & Spa is designed to offer its visitors an unforgettable experience that will transport you to the world of fantasy. A semi-circular structure partially embedded in the ground, with generous circular doors and windows, draws you into the atmosphere of the world of halflings and their magical dwellings. Natural materials used in the interior and carefully selected details create a cozy atmosphere. The interior layout offers comfortable accommodation with one large double bed and two separate standard-sized single beds. There is also a bar table with four bar stools, cups, plates, glasses and candles for your convenience.

There is a separate sanitary facility with toilet, sink, shower, towels, hair dryer, mirror and basic hygiene needs. This space is illuminated by a ceiling light pipe.

Equipment and services
The Hobbit house & spa includes a private jacuzzi where you can enjoy relaxation under the starry sky. There is also an outdoor terrace with a fire pit and seating area.

We will prepare breakfast for you in a picnic basket, according to the agreed time, or you can use the standard breakfast served in our non-smoking restaurant with the option of sitting on the outdoor terrace or under a small pergola. Dinner is served in our restaurant, you can choose from our daily menu and drink menu.

Location
Resort Green Valley is located in the heart of Posázaví, in the district of Benešov, near the village of Chotýšany. This gated resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, providing the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The resort offers a wide range of activities, including sports, relaxation and sightseeing, which guarantees that everyone will find something for themselves. There is also an outdoor heated pool on site.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Parking is available in the designated parking lot free of charge.
• For safety reasons, Hobbit House & Spa is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 11:00 a.m., unless agreed individually.
